OVERVIEW
This Radium Engineering fuel hanger replaces the stock fuel pump assembly. No cutting or modifying of the vehicle's sheet metal or fuel tank is required for installation. All fittings are machined low enough to clear the fuel pump access cover. The fuel pump is positioned in the factory collector bowl for fuel starvation protection.
The fuel pump outlet is tapped for 8AN ORB (3/4"-16) female threads on the top plate.
1. The preinstalled -6AN male fitting permits an aftermarket feed line and/or connects to the plumbing kit listed below.

The return inlet is tapped for 6AN ORB (9/16"-18) female threads on the top plate.

FUEL PUMPS
Part numbers 20-3790 and 20-3792 are configured to be used with 1 aftermarket fuel pump.
NOTES:
1. If 2 aftermarket pumps are required, the supplementary "dual pump add-on" (20-3796 or 20-3797 listed below) is also required.
2. If installing a brushless pump, the "dual pump add-on" CANNOT be used due to the extra brushless controller wires.
3. Choosing the best fuel pump(s) is based on the expected engine power output, fuel type (gasoline, E85, etc.), and fuel pressure.

ELECTRICAL
The custom designed stainless steel electrical studs easily handle the high current demand that compact multi-pin bulkhead connectors lack. These serviceable connections are hermetically sealed and impervious to all standard and exotic fuels. Non-conductive anodized aluminum acorn nuts are provided to prevent any accidental short circuiting. Furthermore, the in-tank wiring is insulated with high quality chemically resistant ETFE.
Notes
1. Single Walbro GSS342 (255LPH) fuel pump installations can re-use the OEM fuel pump wiring.
2. It is recommended to upgrade OEM wiring to ensure the pumps are receiving full power and operating at their full potential.

DUAL PUMP ADD-ON
Part numbers 20-3796 and 20-3797 are supplementary add-ons to the fuel pump hanger discussed above.
NOTES:
1. Part number 20-3790 or 20-3792 are required to use these add-ons.
2. If a brushless pump was installed, a "dual pump add-on" CANNOT be used due to the extra brushless controller wires. The architecture of this Honda fuel tank is very unique. Because the opening is so small, 2 pumps cannot fit through at the same time. Additionally, the angle of insertion combined with the tall collector bowl and shallow tank make dual pump installation rather difficult.
An electrical plug and a SAE quick connector eliminate the need to perform tedious assembly before dropping the entire assembly into the tank. Both fuel pumps merge into the single 8AN ORB outlet of the fuel hat. And because of the integrated check valves with the following pumps, staging is permitted.

FUEL HANGER PLUMBING KIT

OVERVIEWThe 20-3795 FUEL HANGER PLUMBING KIT, HONDA DEL SOL connects to the factory fuel hard lines.
A 6AN feed line is constructed to mate to the OEM flare fitting on the side of the fuel tank. This eliminates the restrictive banjo fitting. Also, adapter fittings are secured to the 6AN return fitting for reusing the factory fuel return line.
